Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Accountant to join our growing team at Our Partner This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in accounting/finance. As an Entry-Level Accountant, you will assist in day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and perform analysis based on financial results.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Maintain general ledger and assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare and review journal entries
- Support the preparation of tax filings and other regulatory compliance reports
- Participate in audits by providing necessary documentation and supporting information
- Analyze financial data and generate reports for management as needed
- Assist in conducting design/operating effectiveness testing of ICFR
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
- Assist in communicating with headquarters to fulfill reporting requirements and provide requested information
- Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards:
- Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain
- Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or other related fields or equivalent, relevant experience
- Experience:
- 1 to 3+ years of professional experience
- Experience in manufacturing desired
- Experience with SAP software preferred
- Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Critical thinking skills
- Judgment and decision making
- Complex problem solving
- High attention to detail
- Korean/English bilingual preferred
