Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
Develop and execute preventive and proactive maintenance strategies to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
Lead rapid-response efforts for critical mechanical, electrical, and process-related equipment failures.
Conduct systematic Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Manage spare-parts inventory and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
Optimize inventory levels, supply-chain costs, and spare-parts availability using extensive maintenance and customer-service expertise.
Ensure strict compliance with applicable safety standards and the client’s internal quality requirements.
Coordinate with technicians, vendors, client representatives, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
Prepare maintenance reports and monitor equipment performance and recurring issues.
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in equipment operations, maintenance, field service, or a related discipline.
Professional working proficiency in both Korean and English.
Strong knowledge of industrial mechanical, electrical, or process equipment.
Demonstrated experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment reliability improvement.
Experience conducting Root Cause Analysis and implementing measures to prevent recurrence.
Strong leadership, communication, and vendor-management skills.
Authorization to work legally in the United States.
Ability to work on-site in Phoenix, Arizona.

Experience in battery, automotive, semiconductor, chemical, or advanced manufacturing environments.
Experience managing operations and maintenance at a large-scale production facility.
Experience leading maintenance personnel or technical projects.
Familiarity with spare-parts planning and inventory optimization.
