Overview

  • A well-established financial institution is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for its Austin branch. The organization has a long-standing presence in the U.S. and is committed to delivering high-quality customer service and community-focused banking solutions.
  • This role is responsible for overall branch leadership, operational performance, compliance oversight, and business development activities.

Responsibilities

  • Branch Operations & Leadership
  • Oversee daily branch operations and ensure operational efficiency
  • Manage and develop branch staff to improve performance and service quality
  • Ensure adherence to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Supervise cash handling, transaction accuracy, and branch operational controls
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
  • Monitor branch performance and key operational metrics
  • Business Development & Customer Relationship Management
  • Support deposit and loan growth through customer acquisition and relationship management
  • Promote banking products and services to customers
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and support branch growth objectives
  • Branch Security & Risk Management
  • Support implementation of branch security and safety procedures
  • Identify and address potential operational and safety risks
  • Ensure compliance with internal risk management standards
  • Compliance Responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence to applicable banking regulations and internal compliance requirements
  • Support compliance monitoring activities and reporting as required
  • Maintain awareness of regulatory updates and ensure branch-level execution of policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 7+ years of banking or financial services experience required
  • Minimum 2+ years of supervisory or management experience required
  • Strong understanding of banking operations and regulatory environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Korean language proficiency (Required)
