Job Specification Coordinate end-to-end order management, including order entry, tracking, delivery scheduling, and issue resolution Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with partner companies to ensure timely replenishment Support demand planning with sales forecast inputs Communicate with logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery and resolve shipment discrepancies Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in internal databases and systems Support customer inquiries regarding orders, delivery schedules, and product details Maintain customer master data and pricing records Perform all other functions requested that are within the scope of this job as deemed necessary or appropriate by manager Candidate Specification Education: Bachelor's Degree Language: Bi-lingual (English/Korean) 2–5 years of experience in sales operations, supply chain, logistics, or order management High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability to interact and communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers Good organization skills
