• Role Summary:
• Overall oversight of the EHS department and primary responsibility for plant accident prevention.

Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee internal safety policies compliant with U.S. OSHA standards.
• Conduct routine production line patrols, investigate root causes during actual accidents, and establish reoccurrence prevention measures.
• Coordinate tasks for environmental and health specialists; build annual operating and CAPEX budgets for the EHS department.
• Collaborate and coordinate safety management tasks with partner company safety representatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related fields.
• 5+ years of safety management experience in manufacturing.

Nice to have

• ASP (Associate Safety Professional) credential.
• Completion of OSHA 30 / OSHA 510 courses.
