Role details
Warehousing operation providing domestic and international customers. One shift operation. Main facility is 78,000 sq. ft., plus additional leased space across three warehouses (70,000–80,000 sq. ft. combined), totaling roughly 150,000 sq. ft. under management. Company has been growing for five consecutive years.
Responsibilities

- Manage the day to day operations to ensure safe, accurate and efficient processing of orders. Daily activities include but not limited to receiving, shipping, repack, inspection, kitting and parcel shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory, conduct cycle counts and resolve discrepancies
- Strong understanding of safety compliance while maintaining an organized and clean working environment.
- Coordinate and effectively communicate with logistics analysts and to best coordinate daily activities.
- Daily reporting and maintain and exceed key performance indicators.
- Oversee proper handling of paperwork and WMS updates.
- Manage and maintain work instructions.
- Collaborate with internal and external resources to optimize operational performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service on domestic and international accounts.
- Manage warehouse staff, including hiring, scheduling, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Own the facility’s operating budget, including labor, supplies, and capital expenses.
- Create and Lead process improvement initiatives across warehouse operations to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
- Support business development by partnering with leadership on prospective customer requirements and capacity planning.
Requirements
- 5 years of supervision in warehouse or industrial environment.
- Proven leadership experience running a warehouse operation of 100,000+ sq. ft.
- Strong leadership and management skills in warehouse/supply chain management.
- Prior experience at a company with $10M–$30M in annual revenue strongly preferred.
- Experience with HR/personnel management, budgeting, and P&L exposure.
- Experience supporting business development or account growth initiatives.
- Experienced in accuracy, problem solving, and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of WMS.
- Proficiency with MS products and other software.
- Fully bilingual in Korean and English.
- Education
- Associates Degree and > 8 years’ experience in logistics/warehouse industry

- Pay Range
- $100,000 – 150,000, plus bonuses tied to KPIs
