- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, strategic partners, and vendors as it aligns with strategic goals of organization
- Work closely with team members to identify, measure, and analyze KPIs and key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
- Provide final approval for all contracts, agreements, and/or pricing related matters
- Key liaison for high-priority customers to resolve any issues
- Train new team members, conduct on-the-job shadow training, and continuously monitor development of team members
- Monitor and maintain monthly and quarterly progress in line with organizational budgetary plans
- Plan, monitor, and analyze daily and weekly operational import shipments with customer care team and to minimize costs while maximizing output
- Conduct high-level resource planning and forecasting management decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field
- 4+ years in freight forwarding, logistics, and/or supply chain
- Extensive experience in executing OOG, Heavy cargo transportation, and Prep of Project RFQ
- 3-4 years of experience of working in multiple operational functions and principles, including, finance, customer service, supply chain, operations (preferred)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- 3+ years in conflict management and business negotiation processes
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Speaks Korean
Work Conditions
- Salary: $68,000- $110,000 (based on experience)
- Full time On-Site Employment
- Location: Secaucus, NJ
- Hours: M-F, 9AM to 6PM
