Responsibilities

Prepare and execute dishes to HWARO standards
Maintain consistency, cleanliness, and organization
Support prep, service, and kitchen operations
Work closely with the Chef and culinary team
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements

Previous restaurant kitchen experience required
Korean cuisine experience is a plus
Fine dining experience preferred but not required
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Authorized to work in the United States
