Secondary Support Discipline: Mechanical, AMR & Spare Parts Management
Responsibilities
[PC Control & Equipment Optimization]
Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize PC-based control logic (C#, etc.).
Sequence setting and optimization based on deep understanding of equipment operations: (Top Priority: Monitor equipment and configure zone-by-zone sequence settings; apply logical thinking for exception handling such as motor collision prevention).
Configure PC OS and network structures: (Handle network abnormalities across PCs, office networks, and shop-floor networks; perform OS reinstallation and initialization; maintain periodic backup of essential PC files/folders; optimize PC OS settings).
Manage electrical drawings and control standard documents; set safety interlock logic.
Improve equipment operating rates (OEE, Cycle Time, Downtime) based on data analysis (PDCA): Monitor equipment status periodically (e.g., daily) via IT systems, issue internal reports, identify issues, and drive corrective actions.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and performance tuning for inspection defects (over-kill / false pass).
Periodically (e.g., daily) monitor vision images via IT systems, issue internal reports, identify issues (position shift, lighting drift), and drive resolution.
Perform regular Preventive Maintenance (PM), calibration, and MSA for vision inspection equipment.
[IT & System Integration Management]
Rapid response to overall IT and computing issues on the production line.
Analyze and troubleshoot equipment-to-IT system message communications (Communicate issues and actions with vendor partners).
Monitor and troubleshoot message communication errors between systems.
[Common Duties]
Document all work performed, work standards, troubleshooting actions, and maintenance logs.
Requirements
(Senior Role - 3+ Years Experience / Senior Level):
Ability to work with PC Control (C#).
Logical thinking regarding equipment operations (understanding relationships between motors, motion, and discrete operations; ability to analyze abnormal/exceptional equipment behaviors).
Basic knowledge of Machine Vision systems.
Equipment maintenance experience.
Experience with IT systems (MES, ERP, etc.) interface (understanding equipment-to-IT message communication).
Equipment modification and retrofit experience.
Ability to read, interpret, and utilize both electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. (Note: Immigrants, Green Card holders, and Korean nationals welcome)
Requirements
(Entry-Level Role / Associate Level):
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Control Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields).
