Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced P6 Scheduler to support project scheduling and controls for major projects within the energy sector.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize detailed project schedules.
Monitor schedule performance and variances and provide regular status updates to project managers.
Perform Critical Path Analysis to identify and analyze critical activities and determine potential impacts on project completion.
Forecast potential delays and evaluate alternative scheduling scenarios.
Lead schedule update and review meetings.
Identify schedule risks and opportunities.
Analyze schedule impacts resulting from change orders or scope modifications.
Support cost and schedule integration, including coordination with contractor schedules.
Collaborate with Project Controls teams to ensure accurate progress measurement and reporting.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of scheduling experience using Primavera P6.
Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) concepts and calculations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent decision-making abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively collaborate with project managers, contractors, and project controls teams.
