Responsibilities
Plan and convert Sales Orders into Production Orders based on plant capacity.
Oversee raw material schedules, follow up with purchasing, and coordinate with maintenance to maximize productivity.
Audit physical vs. MES data inventory in collaboration with purchasing and sales teams.
Predict potential operational risks/chain reactions on the shop floor to minimize downtime.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Bilingual (Korean & English) required.
10+ years of production planning or control experience (chemical manufacturing preferred).
High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
