Responsibilities

• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules and progress tracking; manage shop-floor WIP inventory.
• Manage production KPIs.
• Manage shop-floor worker position placement, shift scheduling, and attendance records.
• Formulate and execute production workforce training plans (pre-placement training, skill-up training, etc.).
• Establish and manage multi-skilling plans for line operators.
• Collaborate with technical, production control, and materials/SCM departments.
• Support Manufacturing Director with shop-floor 5S, Layered Process Audits (LPA), etc.

Requirements

• 5+ years of production/process engineering management experience (Industrial Engineering or related engineering degree preferred).
• Hands-on experience with MES and WMS platforms.
• Shop-floor workforce management experience.

Nice to have

• & Notes:
• Lean Six Sigma, 5S, or TPS experience.
• Excellent communication and shop-floor management leadership.
• Korean-English bilingual fluency preferred.
