Responsibilities

Production Planning & Operation:
Formulate short-, medium-, and long-term master production plans.
Establish and manage production schedules based on customer demand.
Optimize production plans considering plant capacity.
Respond quickly and adjust schedules following plan changes.
Production Operational Control:
Monitor actual output vs. plan variance.
Manage production schedule adherence rates.
Coordinate material supply issues with production schedules.
Risk Management: Proactively analyze supply shortages and production risks; establish counter-measures.
Outbound Shipping Operations: Prepare product shipments; manage shipping logistics operations and dispatch workforce.
Process Improvement: Standardize and improve production planning processes; identify improvement tasks via KPI tracking; operate ERP/MRP systems and maintain data accuracy.

7+ years of production planning experience in manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
Global manufacturing or overseas factory working experience.
English communication capability. (Note: Korean-English bilingual capability required)
