We are looking for two dedicated Quality Field Coordinators to join our Construction Team. You will support the Quality Manager in conducting field inspections, coordinating 3rd-party testing, tracking non-conformances, and verifying that all on-site trade work complies with project specifications and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Field Inspection & Oversight: Attend on-site quality inspections, coordinate with 3rd-party inspection teams, and report findings to the Quality Manager.
Plan & Procedure Support: Assist in preparing, reviewing, and implementing project-specific quality plans and procedures.
ITP & Material Submittal Review: Review Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and material submittals from supply partners prior to work execution to confirm compliance.
Issue Tracking & Closure: Record departures from quality plans and non-conformances. Assist in issuing and tracking NCRs, punch lists, and observation requests until resolved.
Auditing & KPI Support: Participate in supply partner quality audits. Help collect Q-KPI data, perform trend analysis, and contribute to monthly QA/QC reporting.
Training & Documentation: Assist with quality training programs, maintain material traceability records, and manage documentation for special processes.
Requirements

Total Experience: 0 to 5 years of total professional experience.
QA/QC Experience: Minimum 3 years of specialized QA/QC experience required.
Industry Experience: 3+ years of career experience at a construction company preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Architecture or related major preferred).
Key Technical Competencies:
Experience with Architectural Quality Inspection & Test implementation for mega-projects (e.g., semiconductor facilities, EV/battery gigafactories, etc.).
Familiarity with inspecting and managing Piers/Piles, Reinforced Concrete (RC) Structures, Precast Concrete, Steel Structures, Insulated Metal Panels (IMP), and Coatings (CRC).
Working knowledge of municipal/city inspection procedures and regulations.
Software Proficiency: Proficient in Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word preferred.
Language Skills: English fluency required; Spanish or Korean bilingual ability is a plus.
Travel: Must be available for travel as required (e.g., Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) or vendor inspections).
