The SCM Associate supports purchasing, warehousing, and inventory operations by managing order-related documentation and system data. This role processes orders in SAP, issues order and picking sheets, organizes operational data, and assists with warehouse operations. The position also supports warehouse supervisors, coordinates with part-time warehouse staff, and verifies trucking and delivery status with franchise stores.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (Job duties include, but are not limited to the following):
Logistics & Delivery Coordination
Coordinate product deliveries to franchise stores and communicate on delivery-related issues.
Verify trucking and delivery status with franchise partners.
Identify appropriate shipping methods and schedule shipments as needed.
Order Processing
Receive customer orders and accurately input data into the system.
Generate order sheets and picking lists and distribute them to warehouse staff.
Communicate with stores to adjust order quantities when necessary.
Input purchase order (PO) information and coordinate receiving with the warehouse.
Verify vendor invoices against purchase orders, quantities, and pricing.
Check item accuracy and quantities during receiving and outbound shipments.
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory.
Perform daily inventory checks and reconcile system data with physical stock.
Monitor and report inventory issues such as shortages, overages, and aging items.
Participate in monthly physical inventory counts.
Requirements
A College BS Degree or equivalent experiences are required
1~3 years of warehouse or logistics experience, food industry experience preferred
Communication Skills
Bilingual in English and Korean
Ability and know how to deal with high-stress situations and how to prioritize work to do
