AI phone pre-screening — optional

This role offers a short phone pre-screen conducted by an AI assistant. It is optional. You can apply, and be considered, without it — and skipping it will not count against you.

If you take it, here is what happens:

the call is recorded and transcribed
an AI asks 13 questions — about 5 minutes
an AI scores your answers and writes the employer a summary and a suggested next step, which affects where you appear in their applicant list
a person at the employer makes every hiring decision
the employer's recruiters and the platform operators who run this board (WorkOnward / DHD) can listen to it and read it
our service providers process it: Twilio (telephony), ElevenLabs (voice AI), OpenAI and Anthropic (summarising your answers), DigitalOcean (storage).
we keep it for 12 months, then delete it —
you can listen to it or ask us to remove it at any time
