Job Specification Perform SERP Data Entry; prepares invoices, payments, and inventory reports, enter customer data and sales data, organize database Arrange logistics; shipping, delivery arrangement, manage warehouses Maintain healthy contacts with vendors and business partners Filing of sales contracts, shipping, and related documents Monitor and evaluate the activities of the vendors & competitions Prepare market analyses to determine customer needs, sales strategy, price schedules Perform all other functions requested that are within the scope of this job as deemed necessary or appropriate by manager Candidate Specification Education: Bachelor's Degree Language: Bilingual in Korean and English 2 years or more experience in Logistics & Documentation handling and/or Inside-sales/support (preferably in Steel, Int'l Trading) Dependability - Follows instructions, responds to management direction, responsible Organization and problem-solving skills Strong work ethic & teamwork Quality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness Quantity - Completes work in timely manner Ability to manage multiple tasks and organizational skills
