- Logistics Center Manager (ISO Tank Yard & Warehouse)
- Position Summary
- The Logistics Center Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations of the
- logistics center, including ISO Tank Yard operations, equipment management, warehouse
- management, transportation coordination, inventory control, safety compliance, staffing,
- and KPI performance. This role ensures safe and compliant handling of ISO tanks and
- related equipment while driving operational excellence through strong field leadership,
- process standardization, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- 1. ISO Tank Yard & Equipment Management
- - Oversee daily ISO Tank Yard operations including receiving, storage, inspection, staging, and dispatch of ISO tanks.
- - Ensure proper yard layout control, tank positioning, and traceability.
- - Manage equipment such as yard tractors, ISO Tank, Chassis, forklifts, reach stackers, and related handling equipment.
- - Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are implemented and documented.
- - Monitor tank condition, damage reporting, cleaning status, and regulatory compliance.
- - Coordinate with cleaning vendors, inspection agencies, and maintenance providers.
- - Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulations.
- 2. Warehouse Operations
- - Lead inbound, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns operations.
- - Develop and execute operational plans to meet service level and productivity targets.
- - Ensure SOP compliance and continuous process improvement.
- - Optimize warehouse and yard space utilization.
- 3. Transportation Management
- - Oversee inbound and outbound transportation scheduling.
- - Coordinate with carriers, brokers, and internal stakeholders for timely dispatch.
- - Monitor freight performance including OTIF.
- - Manage transportation documentation and compliance.
- - Investigate transportation incidents and implement corrective actions.
- 4. Inventory & Asset Control
- - Maintain high inventory accuracy for warehouse stock and yard assets.
- - Establish location control policies for warehouse and yard inventory.
- - Manage tracking of ISO tanks, equipment assets, and related documentation.
- - Conduct regular cycle counts and yard audits.
- - Investigate discrepancies and damages.
- 5. Workforce & Leadership
- - Manage warehouse, yard, and operational staff.
- - Build and promote a strong safety culture.
- - Coach and develop supervisors and frontline employees.
- - Ensure effective communication across shifts and departments.
- 6. KPI & Cost Management
- - Monitor KPIs including productivity, yard dwell time, tank turnaround time, OTIF, and labor efficiency.
- - Identify cost-saving opportunities in yard operations and transportation.
- - Manage operational budgets and vendor contracts.
- 7. Safety, Security & Regulatory Compliance
- - Enforce safety policies for heavy equipment and tank handling.
- - Ensure yard traffic control and accident prevention measures.
- - Maintain compliance with OSHA, DOT, environmental, and company policies.
- - Lead incident investigations and corrective action plans.
- 8. WMS / System & Reporting
- - Manage WMS-driven warehouse operations.
- - Ensure accurate system tracking for ISO tanks and yard inventory.
- - Maintain master data integrity.
- - Generate and analyze operational reports.
- Required Qualifications (Must-Have)
- - 5+ years of logistics / warehouse operations experience including yard or heavy equipment operations.
- - 2+ years of site-level leadership experience.
- - Strong knowledge of yard management and transportation coordination.
- - Experience with WMS and/or Yard Management Systems (YMS).
- - Strong understanding of operational KPIs and cost control.
- - Knowledge of OSHA and transportation safety regulations.
- - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel required).

- - Experience in chemical, bulk liquid, or hazardous material logistics.
- - Experience managing preventive maintenance programs.
- - Korean proficiency preferred for communication with HQ and partners.
- - Experience in international or cross-border tank logistics.
- Business Hours: Mon–Fri 08:00 AM – 5:00 PM
