Position Overview
A growing robotics company is seeking a West Coast Regional Sales Manager to lead business development and revenue growth across the western United States.
This role focuses on developing sales pipelines, managing key accounts and channel partners, and delivering automation solutions using collaborative robots and intelligent robotic systems.

This is a remote position covering Washington, Nevada, California, Utah, and Arizona, with potential territory expansion.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a regional collaborative robot sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
Build and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting through closing.
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with distributors, system integrators, original equipment manufacturers, and end users.
Lead solution-based sales through collaborative robot demonstrations and coordination with engineering teams.
Manage sales forecasts, performance reporting, and pipeline visibility.
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in robotics or industrial automation.
Experience selling collaborative robots or industrial robotic systems through a solution-based approach.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Established network within system integrators, original equipment manufacturers, or manufacturing customers.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Nice to have

Direct, hands-on collaborative robot sales experience.
Experience developing new markets and building a customer base from the ground up.
Experience selling advanced robotic applications and solutions.
Background with robotics manufacturers, industrial robotics competitors, system integrators, or robotics distributors.
Compensation
Base salary starting at $160,000, negotiable based on qualifications and capabilities.
Commission of 3% on sales personally generated and developed, calculated on net sales revenue excluding discounts, sales tax, and shipping costs.
Monthly car allowance of $700 and mileage reimbursement, or a car lease available upon request.
Corporate card.
Business phone available upon request.
