개요 지원서 직무 상세 Position Overview (Non-exempt position with over) We are seeking an experienced Assistant Construction Manager (Steel Structure) to support structural steel construction activities on large-scale commercial and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in structural steel construction or design review, with a strong ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings. 주요 업무 Review structural drawings, shop drawings, erection plans, specifications, and steel submittals. Coordinate RFIs, design clarifications, and technical submittals with contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders. Oversee structural steel erection, installation, inspections, and daily field activities. Monitor construction progress, contractor performance, schedules, and project quality. Verify steel connections, bolting, welding, and other structural work meet project specifications. Support QA/QC inspections, safety compliance, and corrective action tracking. Coordinate with general contractors, steel fabricators, and subcontractors to resolve construction issues. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, field logs, and project documentation. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 5–10 years of relevant experience in structural steel construction or design review. Hands-on experience in structural steel construction or design review is required. Strong ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings is essential. Experience reviewing shop drawings, managing RFIs, and coordinating construction activities. Field experience in structural steel erection, quality inspections, and safety oversight. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Bluebeam, MS Office, and construction management software. 우대 사항 Experience in large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects. Experience with semiconductor facilities, data centers, or other major industrial projects. Working knowledge of AISC 360, AISC 303, RCSC, AWS D1.1, and IBC standards. Familiarity with OSHA construction safety requirements. Ability to perform or review basic structural calculations.
