A leading engineering and construction firm specializing in complex, large-scale industrial and advanced infrastructure projects is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Field Coordinator to join the team in Texas. This role is suited for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment, excels in site coordination and document control, and is committed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
주요 업무
- Daily site patrol and track productivity to manage project timelines and schedules.
- Assist daily quality control inspections to ensure that subcontractors meet contractual requirements, project specifications, and industry standards (e.g., TxDOT).
- Coordinate quality control inspections alongside quality inspectors.
- Liaise and coordinate across multiple disciplines and on-site trade contractors.
- Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe working environment on-site.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and site inspections in compliance with OSHA and relevant standards.
- Coordinate crew mobilization and subcontractor scopes to eliminate delays and resolve conflicts.
- Monitor and control project expenditures, including labor, materials, and equipment.
자격 요건
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- 2 to 6 years of experience in heavy civil construction preferred.
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects (e.g., advanced high-tech infrastructure, highways, utilities, mass concrete/foundation slabs, deep foundations/piles, or large-scale earthwork/grading).
- Exceptional coordination and interface management skills.
- Proficiency with construction management platforms and tools preferred (e.g., MS Office, Trimble ProjectSight, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Bluebeam, etc.).
- Solid understanding of project management processes and technical document control.
- Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills.
- Capability to work in outdoor field conditions with exposure to variable weather.
- Key Notes & Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of civil construction standards and heavy civil supervisory experience.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean.
