Daily site patrol and track productivity to manage the project timeline and schedule.
Assist daily quality control inspections to ensure subcontractors complete work in accordance with specifications, meeting contractual requirements and industry standards (e.g., TxDOT).
Manage laydown yards and contractor trailer facilities.
Support permitting and environmental compliance affairs.
Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and on-site contractors.
Enforce safety policies to maintain a safe jobsite environment.
Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable regulatory standards.
Coordinate crew mobilization and subcontractor work to prevent delays and resolve on-site conflicts.
Monitor and control project costs, covering labor, materials, and equipment.

Relevant experience with large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.
Exceptional coordination and communication skills.
Experience with construction management software and office applications preferred (e.g., MS Office, Trimble ProjectSight, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Bluebeam, etc.).
Proficient knowledge of project management practices and document tracking.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Ability to work in outdoor conditions, including exposure to heat, cold, and inclement weather.
Key Requirements:
