주요 업무

• Material Supply & Inventory Strategy:
• Establish material supply plans based on MPS and demand forecasting.
• Manage appropriate inventory levels and safety stock.
• Formulate operational strategies to prevent material shortages or excess inventory.
• Improve inventory turnover and operational efficiency.
• Material Operations Management:
• Manage inbound, outbound, and movement of raw materials, sub-materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Manage material supply plans and execution aligned with production schedules.
• Manage material operational risks and issues.
• Inventory Auditing: Lead periodic and spot physical inventory audits; analyze variance causes and establish corrective measures.
• Customs & SCM: Manage material customs clearance, vendor payment processing, and supply chain operations.
• System Management: Manage material-related IT systems and operating processes.

자격 요건

• 7+ years of material management experience in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
• Global manufacturing or overseas factory working experience.
• English communication capability. (Note: Korean-English bilingual capability required)
