• Production Schedule Management:
• Manage daily and weekly output against plans.
• Monitor and adjust production progress.
• Analyze production performance and plan vs. actual variances.
• Data Management: Manage production output data and records.
• Schedule Adjustment: Adjust production schedules to ensure on-time customer delivery commitments.
• Outbound Shipping Operations: Prepare product shipments; manage shipping logistics tasks and workforce.
• KPI Management: Track and report production efficiency KPIs.

자격 요건

• 0 to 3 years of production control experience in manufacturing.
• ERP system experience.
• Global manufacturing or overseas factory working experience.
• English communication capability. (Note: Korean-English bilingual capability required)
