- We are seeking a Project Controls Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. This is a hybrid/site-based role in the central New Jersey area. The candidate is expected to be onsite 3-4 days/week for the first few months while onboarding and learning client projects and systems. Following that, the current requirement is to be onsite a minimum of 50%, subject to any changes in client requirements.
- Your Role General responsibilities will be focused on Cost Management, including:
- Project setup.
- Cost reporting including forecasting/re-forecasting.
- Cashflow/spend projections.
- Vendor contract and purchase order setup.
- Change order review.
- Invoice review.
- Vendor and project closeout.
- About You
- Mid-level professional with approximately 5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Scheduling experience is considered a bonus.
- Additional Information
- The expected compensation range is between $105,000 and $150,000 annually, depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
