Seeking Structural Engineers to join the design team for major, large-scale industrial facility projects. This critical role ensures the structural integrity, constructability, and technical compliance of high-stakes industrial infrastructure, bridging the gap between design intent and field execution through active coordination between the Engineer of Record (EOR), vendors, and internal construction teams.

- Design & Field Support: Review and evaluate Issued for Construction (IFC) structural drawings prepared by the EOR.
- Submission Management: Review and coordinate structural shop drawings, calculations, and submittals from specialty contractors and vendors.
- Technical Oversight: Ensure full compliance with project specifications, applicable building codes, and overarching design intent.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the client (Owner), EORs, contractors, fabricators, and construction teams to resolve design and constructability issues.
- Technical Leadership: Facilitate technical discussions regarding RFIs, design clarifications, field changes, and engineering resolutions.
- Procurement & Fabrication: Support procurement and fabrication activities by reviewing structural design requirements and vendor deliverables.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Participate in interdisciplinary coordination meetings across Architectural, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Process Systems.
- Field Observations: Conduct periodic site observations and work directly with construction teams to address structural installation issues and quality concerns in real-time.
- Schedule Management: Track and expedite the resolution of engineering issues to ensure project milestones are met.
- Project Closeout: Support commissioning, turnover, and final project closeout activities.
자격 요건
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering.
- Experience:
- Junior Level: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Mid-Level: 8 to 12 years of relevant experience.
- Experience within industrial, semiconductor, mission-critical, large-scale manufacturing, or data center projects.
- PE License: Not required.
- Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience in structural steel, reinforced concrete, pre-cast concrete, and specialty industrial support systems.
- Code Expertise: Strong command of IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, and ACI standards.
- Environment: Demonstrated experience coordinating among Owners, EORs, specialty vendors, and construction teams in a fast-paced Design-Build environment.
