- Role Summary:
- Establish supplier quality assurance systems and stabilize local incoming component quality early.
주요 업무
- Establish incoming inspection master plans, optimize inspection standards/processes, and input/manage data in software systems.
- Monitor supplier compliance with quality guidelines; plan and perform periodic quality system audits (including vendor site visits and travel as needed).
- Perform root-cause analysis when component non-conformances occur, issue Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR), lead effectiveness verification, and report internally.
- Review PPAP submission consistency during component development and participate in qualification testing/approval for new suppliers.
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, and other departments to resolve supplier quality issues and fulfill duties assigned by the department head.
자격 요건
Mandatory: Proficiency in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and CMM data interpretation.
