  • Job Summary:
  • The individual will be responsible for managing enterprise IT operations, including end-user support, Cloud PC (VDI) environment administration, and Microsoft 365 services. This role will work closely with HQ infrastructure and application teams to ensure stable operation, policy alignment, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of the IT environment.

  • The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to balance daily operations with project activities, and a solid understanding of enterprise systems, M365 administration, endpoint management, and basic networking.

  • Responsibility:
  • Manage MS Azure cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines
  • Day-to-day activities that provide support to our clients related Azure VDI, O365 and general IT issues
  • Troubleshoot Windows OS base laptops, wired/wireless LAN, Cloud service and any other office IT related device.
  • Configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Office 365 suite within the organization
  • Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, fix, and document problems, and implement preventive measures
  • Provides all level of technical supports for the customers
  • Coordinate with HQ for projects
  • Managing IT help desk team and evaluate performance
  • Develop daily, weekly, and monthly reports on help desk team’s productivity
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Related bachelor’s degree; or 3~4 years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3~4 years of experience in enterprise helpdesk environment or Information Technology
  • Strong troubleshooting methodology is required
  • Individual must possess a broad knowledge of enterprise equipment
  • Knowledge in Enterprise AD environment
  • Experience in Microsoft Azure VDI, Microsoft O365 suite
  • Great Communication and presentation skill and must be a team player.
  • The position will require traveling, weekend work and after hours work time to time to respond urgent issues.
  • Fluent in Korean/English

  • Proficient knowledge and understanding of MS Office and other standard software.
  • Proficient knowledge and understanding of MS Azure and O365
  • Understanding of Active Directory and Windows System Infrastructures
  • Work Environment: Onsite (Englewood Cliffs, NJ), occasional travel (less than 5%) may be required.
