Responsibilities

  • - Marketing Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications
  • strategies aligned with corporate objectives. Oversee multi-channel campaigns, optimize end-to-end marketing
  • funnels to drive brand visibility and stakeholder engagement, and identify new growth opportunities through data-
  • driven analysis.
  • - Digital & Social Media Management: Own and evolve the digital and social media strategy, including content
  • direction, platform positioning, and audience growth. Oversee the development of editorial calendars and campaigns,
  • leveraging real-time insights on social trends and sentiment to proactively refine strategy and enhance brand
  • relevance.
  • - Content Creation: Lead the creation of high-impact, brand-aligned content across all channels, including video,
  • photography, and executive messaging. Provide strategic direction to PR agencies and internal teams to ensure
  • consistency, quality, and alignment with corporate narrative and thought leadership priorities.
  • - Website Content Management: Manage and update website content to ensure it is accurate, engaging, and aligned
  • with our brand narrative
  • - Risk & Reputation Management: Proactively manage corporate reputation by monitoring media landscapes and
  • emerging issues. Lead the identification and assessment of potential reputational risks, coordinate cross-functional
  • response strategies, and support the development of executive-level communications during crisis situations.
  • - Offline marketing & Event Planning: Provide strategic oversight and execution of high-profile corporate events and
  • stakeholder engagements. Ensure seamless delivery of events that reinforce brand positioning and strengthen key
  • relationships, from concept development through execution.
  • - Analytics and Reporting: Establish and oversee performance measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign
  • effectiveness and ROI. Deliver actionable insights and reports to inform strategic decision-making and continuous
  • improvement.
  • - Budget Management: Manage the corporate marketing and communications budget, ensuring strategic allocation of
  • resources and cost efficiency. Monitor expenditures and optimize investments to maximize impact and alignment with
  • business priorities.
  • - Market Research: Lead ongoing market research and competitive intelligence efforts to identify industry trends,
  • emerging platforms, and stakeholder expectations. Translate insights into actionable strategies to maintain a
  • competitive edge.
  • - Internal Communications: Oversee the development and execution of internal communications strategies that
  • effectively inform, engage, and align employees with corporate priorities, culture, and key initiatives.
  • - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a strategic partner to U.S. affiliates and cross-functional teams to ensure
  • cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all touchpoints. Drive alignment across business units and foster
  • collaboration to support enterprise-wide objectives.
  • - HQ (Korea) Coordination & Partnership Alignment: Collaborate closely with HQ Marketing and partnership teams, as
  • needed, to ensure strategic alignment, effective communication, and seamless execution of initiatives.
  • - Travel and Networking: Be prepared for business travel (up to 25%) to create content
  • - Perform other Corporate Affairs-related duties as assigned
  • Basic Qualifications:
  • - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • - 8+ years of proven experience in marketing, with a particular emphasis on digital and social media strategy.
  • - Demonstrated experience leading integrated marketing initiatives and managing cross-channel campaigns with measurable impact.
  • - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and content creation platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, social media analytics tools), with the ability to guide and oversee high-quality content production.
  • - Strong understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to direct video and photo content aligned with brand strategy.
  • - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex or technical information into clear, strategic insights for senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • - Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, featuring strong organizational skills and a track record of delivering results under tight deadlines.
  • - Ability to operate both strategically and tactically - working independently with strong ownership while also collaborating effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • - Strategic thinker with a creative mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to develop innovative, insight- driven marketing solutions.
  • - Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams, including senior leadership and external partners.
  • - A professional working proficiency in Korean is strongly preferred, including the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with HQ and Korea-based stakeholders.

  • The anticipated base salary range for candidates who will work in New York is $120K to $140K. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be subject to several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of the candidate's experience within the job; type and length of experience within the specific industry; educational background; and the location of employment. This salary range may not reflect the pay scale for employees who work in other states.
