A finance associate is a professional who works in the finance department of a company or financial institution. Their primary role is to support the financial operations of the organization and ensure that financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
Responsibilities
Handle daily treasury operations, cash disbursements, and banking transactions Manage corporate accounts, expense documentation, vouchers, and accounting records
Support accounts payable/accounts receivable (AP/AR) processing and basic accounting entries
Prepare daily cash flow reports and assist with expense settlements and invoice
Support month-end closing activities and general finance administrative tasks
Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing environment (Preferred).
Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and analysis.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
