Role details
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Employee document filing and New Hire Personnel file creation.
- Payroll and payroll data reconciliation.
- Expatriate employee support (Payroll, Benefit, Automobile, Education…etc.)
- Month-end reconciliation.
- 401k and Health Benefits reconciliation.
- Background, E-Verify, and Form I-9 processing and administration.
- Assist with general Human Resources administrative duties related to hiring
- FedEx and standard mailing assistance.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Act as liaisons between the employees and management to answer any questions having to do with company policies, practices and regulations
- Research improvements, resources, and advancements for the Human Resources Department
- Coordinate company employee-related events and celebrations
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor on phone and in-person, strong communication skills
- Organized, detail oriented, and ability to multi-task
- Team worker, good attitude, energetic
- Initiative skills
- Problem solving skills
- Computer literate (Word, Excel PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with SAP preferred
- Payroll Experience with Paylocity - Plus
- MS Office skills (specially Excel skills)
- Education and Work Experience:
- 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources exposure and/or administration/clerical work
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and/or related major
