Responsibilities

1) Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
 Support end-to-end recruiting (job postings, screening, interview coordination)
 Manage onboarding processes for W-2 employees and 1099 contractors
 Partner with hiring managers to support rapid team build-out
2) HR Operations & Administration
 Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
 Manage attendance tracking, leave records, and HR compliance basics
 Support payroll coordination and HR administrative processes
3) Performance & KPI Management
 Assist in implementing and maintaining KPI frameworks across teams
 Track performance metrics and support performance review processes
 Help implement performance-based compensation structures
4) Incentive & Compensation Support
 Support management of sales incentives and commission structures
 Assist in coordination of incentive programs for 1099 contractors
 Track and validate incentive payouts in coordination with finance
5) Culture & Training
 Support initiatives to build a strong and collaborative team culture
 Assist in organizing onboarding sessions, internal training, and team programs
 Help shape a positive and performance-driven work environment
6) Cross-functional Coordination
 Act as a liaison between the Wellness Division and HQ (HR/Finance/Legal)
 Ensure smooth communication and alignment with internal stakeholders
 Assist in managing office-related administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient
work environment as needed
Qualification and Requirements
3–10 years of experience HR, People Operations, or HR Generalist roles
Experience in recruiting, HR operations, and employee management
Strong organizational and execution skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience supporting sales organizations or incentive structures
Familiarity with 1099 contractor management
Experience in startups or new business unit setup
Interest in Korean culture, K-beauty, or wellness industry
Korean Bilingual skill is required
