Responsibilities
- Process Design and Development:
- Design and implement new production processes and technologies that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop process flow diagrams, layouts, and specifications for production equipment and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess production needs and integrate new technologies into existing processes.
- Optimization and Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze current production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Utilize methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen to drive process optimization initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of implemented changes.
- Technical Support and Collaboration
- Provide technical support to production teams regarding equipment operation and process challenges.
- Work closely with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth transitions from development to production.
- Conduct training sessions for production staff on new technologies and process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Prefer relevant experience in a production engineering or manufacturing role.
- Proven experience with production process design and optimization.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production technology role.
- Experience with PLCs, robotics, and automated production systems is highly desirable.
- Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for process design
