  • Position Summary
  • Responsible for incoming raw material inspection, laboratory testing, supplier quality support, and quality system compliance to ensure only qualified materials are released for production.

Responsibilities

  • IQC 40% Laboratory Testing 30% Supplier Quality 15% QMS/Audit 15%
  • Incoming Quality Control: Perform incoming inspection and release activities for raw materials, packaging materials, and production consumables.; Review and verify supplier COA against specifications.; Conduct sampling activities in accordance with approved procedures.; Coordinate material hold, rejection, and disposition activities.
  • Laboratory Testing: Perform routine analytical testing including Moisture (KF), Density, Conducti
  • vity, Color (APHA), Acid/HF, ICP, IC, GC (as assigned).; Record and review test results in accordan
  • ce with QMS requirements.; Support method verification and laboratory investigations.
  • Supplier Quality Support: Support supplier qualification and monitoring activities.; Participate in
  • supplier issue investigations and corrective actions.; Maintain incoming material quality perform
  • ance data.
  • Quality System: Maintain inspection records and test reports.; Support audits, PPAP / ISIR, 4M, a
  • nd customer requests.; Assist with SOP, Control Plan, PFMEA, and specification updates.; Ensure
  • compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and company procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.; Participate in lab
  • oratory and inspection process improvement projects.; Assist in implementation of quality KPIs
  • and data trending.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
  • preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in Laboratory Testing, Quality Control, or Chemical / Automotive Manufacturing preferred.
  • Experience with analytical instruments such as GC, IC, ICP, KF, and Density Meter preferred. Experience in battery materials, chemicals, or automotive industry preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret specifications, SOPs, and test methods.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Effective communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • English proficiency required (written and verbal)
  • Korean language skills required

Nice to have

  • Experience with battery electrolyte materials. Knowledge of IATF 16949, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, and Control Plan.
  • Experience supporting customer and certification audits.
