- Position Summary
- Provide pre-opening training for new Tous Les Jours bakery stores.
- Train store owners and employees on product preparation, quality control, customer service, and overall store operations.
- Provide foundational training to internal employees to improve job competencies and operational expertise.
Responsibilities
- 1. Training Execution
- Conduct comprehensive training for new store owners and employees.
- Train employees to improve product sales and customer service.
- Provide training on manual products and new products.
- Train on hygiene and frozen dough management.
- Train on kitchen equipment operation and maintenance.
- Educate employees on store quality control standards.
- 2. Training Center Operations
- Establish and manage training schedules and operational plans.
- Ensure industrial safety and food safety compliance.
- Manage Training Center expenses and expenditures.
- Conduct inventory checks.
- Manage procurement and purchase orders.
- 3. Training Documentation & Program Development
- Develop and update training curricula and materials.
- Prepare and manage training documents and reports.
- Conduct post-training evaluations, including surveys and feedback collection.
- Analyze training effectiveness and develop improvement strategies.
- Plan and design training programs.
- Create and improve training materials, including manuals, presentations, and guidelines.
- 4. Other Responsibilities
- Provide product training for new employees.
- Conduct basic training for internal corporate employees.
- Develop and test new equipment and small tools.
- Skills & Experience
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret procedure manuals and regulatory documents.
- Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.
- Bilingual Korean/English preferred.
- Ability to present information effectively and respond to management-level questions.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
Requirements
- Prior bakery experience required.
- Bakery R&D experience preferred.
- Knowledge of baking various types of bread and baking/decorating cakes preferred.
- Associate degree, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
- 1–2 years of combined food/ingredients and manufacturing experience.
- Knowledge of GMPs and HACCP.
- Basic understanding of food & beverage fundamentals.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office.
