The Process Engineer I will provide support in optimizing productivity and sustainability of battery production through high-level technical knowledge while ensuring stable mass production quality and process improvement through recipe setting, specification alignment, process capability management, and defect reduction based on a technical understanding of processes and equipment.
주요 업무
- Analyze productivity, yield, and Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) of assigned process and department
- Work with engineers and operators to troubleshoot machines to ensure highest yield and OEE
- Analyze quality issues to provide corrective actions
- Improve production processes by creating SOPs and training operators to ensure understanding and correct implementation on the floor
- Establish specification optimization and process conditions
- Manage and revise Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Control Plans (CP), and Process Manuals
- Conduct chronic defect improvement activities
- Oversee production/development model dissemination and 4M change verification
- Conduct internal and customer audits
- Handle non-conformance reports and implement improvements
- Respond to internal and external quality issues for customers
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and fire regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
자격 요건
- & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
- 1–3+ years of experience in a production technology-related role preferred (not required)
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience working in a global company preferred
- Must be available to work weekend/night shifts based on team needs
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
