• [Equipment Maintenance, Process Optimization & Productivity Enhancement]
• Perform equipment breakdown root-cause analysis and troubleshooting.
• Lead mechanical structural redesigns and equipment modifications.
• Execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) and ensure long-term equipment reliability.
• Optimize production line layouts, reduce cycle times, and increase throughput capacity.
• Analyze Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and continuously improve equipment operating rates.
• [Logistics Automation (AMR/AGV) Management]
• Optimize traveling routes and navigation paths for Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR/AGV).
• Configure and reset AMR/AGV paths following line reconfigurations or equipment modifications.
• Troubleshoot AMR/AGV system faults, communication errors, and positioning/alignment issues.
• [Spare Parts (MRO) & Warehouse Management]
• Analyze parts inbound/outbound history, usage trends, and emergency procurement needs.
• Establish Min/Max stock levels and execute proactive purchase orders.
• Secure critical spare parts to minimize equipment downtime.
• Maintain 5S standards and environmental controls in the parts storage room.
• [Common Duties]
• Document all maintenance work, standard operating procedures, troubleshooting logs, and equipment defect histories.

자격 요건

• (Senior Role - 3+ Years Experience / Senior Level):
• Hands-on capability to work with Mitsubishi PLCs.
• Experience working with motor drivers.
• Hands-on equipment maintenance experience.
• Equipment modification and retrofit experience.
• Experience responding to automated logistics systems (AGV, AMR, etc.).
• Ability to read, interpret, and utilize both electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Basic PC hardware repair capability. (Note: Immigrants, Green Card holders, and Korean nationals welcome)

자격 요건

• (Entry-Level Role / Associate Level):
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, etc.).
• Spare Parts Management capability:
• Interest in mechanical components, spare parts, and technical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail regarding parts tracking and documentation accuracy.
