Mechanical Equipment Engineer (Sub-discipline: Mechanical, AMR & Spare Parts Management)

AI phone pre-screening — optional

This role offers a short phone pre-screen conducted by an AI assistant. It is optional. You can apply, and be considered, without it — and skipping it will not count against you.

If you take it, here is what happens:

• the call is recorded and transcribed
• an AI asks 12 questions — about 4 minutes
• an AI scores your answers and writes DHD Consulting a summary and a suggested next step, which affects where you appear in their applicant list
• a person at DHD Consulting makes every hiring decision
• DHD Consulting's recruiters and the platform operators who run this board (WorkOnward / DHD) can listen to it and read it
• our service providers process it: Twilio (telephony), ElevenLabs (voice AI), OpenAI and Anthropic (summarising your answers), DigitalOcean (storage).
• we keep it for 12 months, then delete it
• you can listen to it or ask us to remove it at any time

☐ I've read the above and I agree to be recorded for this pre-screening, and to the terms that apply to the AI assistant.

☐ I'm 18 or older.

Prefer not to use the phone? You can be considered on your written application alone — just leave the box above unticked.
