공개 직업 프로필 공유 인재풀을 검색하고 읽으세요.

공유 인재풀은 Tahoe가 이미 보유한 공개 직업 프로필 모음입니다. 이름, 헤드라인, 직함, 재직 회사, 지역, 기술, 언어가 들어 있습니다. 어느 워크스페이스에도 속하지 않고, 연락처가 없으며, 무료로 검색할 수 있습니다. 유료 검색을 실행하지 않고 사람을 찾을 때 쓰세요.

GET/pool/profilespool:read

인재풀 프로필을 최근에 확인된 순서로 보여 줍니다.

파라미터타입설명
countrystring국가 이름입니다. 대소문자는 구분하지 않고 정확히 일치해야 합니다. 예: United States.
companystring현재 재직 회사 이름의 일부와 대소문자 구분 없이 일치하는 프로필을 찾습니다.
titlestring현재 직함의 일부와 대소문자 구분 없이 일치하는 프로필을 찾습니다.
updated_aftertimestamp프로필이 처음 추가된 시점이 아니라 last_seen_at을 기준으로 거릅니다.
limitinteger기본값 25, 최대 100.
cursorstring이전 페이지에서 받은 값입니다. 같은 필터를 함께 보내세요.

last_seen_at은 그 사람이 마지막으로 이직한 시점이 아니라 Tahoe가 이 프로필을 마지막으로 확인한 시점입니다. 인재풀 프로필은 몇 달 전 정보일 수 있으므로, 재직 회사와 직함은 “last_seen_at 기준”으로만 사실이라고 보세요. 리크루터에게 프로필을 보여 줄 때는 그 날짜도 함께 표시하세요.

POST/pool/searchpool:search

인재풀을 검색해 가장 잘 맞는 결과를 순위대로 반환합니다. Tahoe가 이미 보유한 프로필만 읽습니다. 새 검색을 실행하지 않으며 워크스페이스의 크레딧을 쓰지 않습니다.

querystring평소 말로 쓴 설명입니다. 최대 500자.
terms.titlesstring[]일치시킬 직함입니다. 최대 10개.
terms.skillsstring[]일치시킬 기술입니다. 최대 20개.

query나 하나 이상의 term, 또는 둘 다 보내세요. 둘 다 없으면 “전체”가 아니라 400 invalid_request가 됩니다.

각 결과는 전체 인재풀 프로필(위에서는 일부 생략)에 이 검색에 대한 match_score와 match_tier를 더한 것입니다. 결과는 페이지를 넘기는 목록이 아니라 순위입니다. next_cursor는 항상 null이므로 limit으로 최대 100개까지 요청하세요. 검색을 잠시 쓸 수 없으면 429 pool_search_unavailable을 받습니다. 잠시 기다렸다가 다시 시도하세요. 인재풀 프로필을 하나씩 읽는 것은 영향을 받지 않습니다.

이벤트 유형은 pool.batch_upserted 하나이며 pool:read에 속합니다. 프로필 하나하나가 아니라 인재풀 프로필 묶음이 바뀌었다는 것을 알려 줍니다. 인재풀 사본을 보관한다면 updated_after로 다시 읽으세요. 변경 피드를 참고하세요.
