LinkedIn posts

Draft a "we are hiring" post in your tone and publish it to your LinkedIn profile.

LinkedIn Post writes a “we are hiring” post for you. You give it the role and a few facts, pick a tone, and Tahoe drafts a post you can edit. Then you either copy it into LinkedIn yourself or, if you connect your LinkedIn account, let Tahoe publish it to your profile after you confirm the exact text.

In the side panel, choose LinkedIn Post. The page is titled Share on LinkedIn. A badge beside the title says Copy and paste or, once your account is connected, Connected. Drafting posts is free.

Fill in the role details

  • External job link: use a page you already have, such as your careers page or an ATS posting. Paste the address and click Use this link.
  • No need to add the job now: the post goes out without an apply link.

Pick a tone and draft

ToneFeels like
WarmFriendly and human. This is the default.
DirectStraight to the role.
CelebratoryTeam news energy.

Add hashtags is ticked by default; untick it for a post without hashtags. Click Draft with AI. The draft appears under Your post. Not quite right? Change a field or the tone and click Draft again.

Edit the draft

You can edit every word of the draft. A counter shows the length against LinkedIn’s limit, for example “1240 / 3000.” Tahoe warns you when the text needs a fix:

  • A dash. Tahoe posts use line breaks and plain punctuation, so swap any dash for a comma or a new line. Copying and posting stay off until you do.
  • Markdown, such as asterisks or hash marks for bold text. LinkedIn shows them as they are, so remove them.
  • Too long. LinkedIn cuts posts off at its limit. Trim the text before you copy it.

Copy and paste

This works for everyone and posts nothing on your behalf. Click Copy post, then Open LinkedIn, paste the text into a new post and publish it from your own account.

Publish from Tahoe

If your page shows Connect LinkedIn, you can connect your account and let Tahoe post for you.

Connect LinkedIn

Click Connect LinkedIn and approve Tahoe on LinkedIn. You come back to the page, which now says Posting as with your name.

Click Post to LinkedIn

A confirmation window, Post this to LinkedIn?, shows the exact text that will go out, and any image Tahoe adds below it.

Confirm

Click Post to LinkedIn. Tahoe publishes to your own profile and shows “Published! Your post is live” with View it on LinkedIn.

Nothing is scheduled or reposted. Tahoe publishes only when you confirm, and only the text you saw.
