Plans, billing and credits

Compare plans, buy top-up credits and see what every action costs.

Tahoe runs on credits. Your plan adds a set number of credits every month, and actions such as loading search results or revealing a phone number use them. Many things are free, including sending outreach. This page explains the plans, how to buy more credits, what each action costs and what happens when you run out.

In the side panel, choose Billing to open Plans & Pricing. For prices, see the pricing page.

The plans

A seat is one paid teammate: an Owner, Admin or Member. A mailbox is a Gmail account connected for outreach. Active campaigns is how many email campaigns can run at the same time. Every plan includes natural-language AI search, match scores, match explanations and AI outreach.

For Enterprise, use Talk to sales on the pricing page.

Monthly or annual

Use the Monthly / Annual switch at the top of the page. Annual billing saves 20%. You pay once a year, but your plan credits are still added every month on your billing date.

Set the switch at the top. The prices on the cards change to match.

Get started

Click Get started on the plan you want. Tahoe opens a secure checkout page run by our payment provider. Pay there, and you return to Billing. Your plan card then shows Current plan.

Buy top-up credits

If you need more credits before your next monthly grant, buy a top-up pack. Packs come in these sizes: 200, 500, 1,000, 2,000, 5,000 and 10,000 credits. Larger packs cost less per credit, and the largest is marked Best value.

  • Top-up credits never expire.
  • They are added to your balance as soon as you pay.
  • A top-up is charged once. It is not a subscription.

Buy a pack from the Top up credits panel on the Billing page (click Buy), or from Settings → Credits → Top up credits.

What is free

  • Sending outreach emails and follow-ups.
  • Checking and changing filters before you search.
  • Reopening a past search from Search History.
  • Contact lookups that find nothing. You only pay when Tahoe finds the detail.
  • Writing job posts, managing your pipeline and viewing analytics.
  • Applicant resumes for 90 days after the application. They stay view-only until day 120.

Tahoe shows the price before you spend, for example “This search uses 2 credits” under the search box, or the estimate and “Balance after run” when you enrich a list. A workspace can load up to 100 paid search pages a day.

Example

Maya Okafor at Harbor Staffing is on Starter, with 200 credits this month.

She loads 10 pages of results for a Field Coordinator search in Columbus, Ohio (20 credits), finds 40 company emails (40 credits) and 5 phone numbers for her shortlist (75 credits). Tahoe could not find 3 of the phones she asked for, so those cost nothing. She sends a campaign to all 40 people for free. She has 65 credits left for the rest of the month.

How credits are used

Each batch of credits you receive is called a lot: your monthly plan credits, a top-up pack, or welcome credits on a new account. Each lot has its own expiry date. Tahoe always uses credits from the lot that expires first.

  • Plan credits are added every month and expire at the end of that month’s billing cycle. Unused plan credits do not carry over.
  • Top-up credits never expire. Because plan credits expire first, they are used first, and your top-ups keep their value.
  • Welcome credits: a new account gets 10, which expire after 14 days.

You can see every lot and its expiry date in Settings → Credits. Credit balance and usage

When you run out

If an action needs more credits than you have, nothing is charged and Tahoe tells you. In search you see “You’re out of credits” with the top-up packs, so you can buy one and carry on. When you enrich a list, Tahoe shows how many credits the run needs and how many you have, for example “Not enough credits: this needs 75 and you have 41. Top up to continue.”

A new account starts with 10 welcome credits. Without a plan, once they run out, the first page of one search a week stays free; beyond that, Tahoe asks you to choose a plan to keep searching, reveal contacts and run outreach.

Invoices and cancelling

Your payment method, billing details and invoices are managed through our payment provider. Open Settings → Payment to see recent invoices, update your card or open Billing details and invoices. Workspace and appearance

There are no long-term contracts, and you can cancel anytime. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that it does not renew and your monthly credits stop.
