Workspace and appearance

Set your company details, signature defaults and light or dark theme.

Settings is where you set up your workspace: your company details, your team, how you pay, your credits and how Tahoe looks. A workspace is your company’s shared space in Tahoe, with its own plan, credits and teammates.

In the side panel, choose Settings. The page opens on the Workspace tab. Use the tabs along the top to move between sections.

Workspace details

The Workspace tab holds your company identity and contact details. Tahoe uses your company phone, website and address to fill in the signature of every new campaign, so you do not type them each time. You can still change the signature in any single campaign.

Open the Workspace tab

Choose Settings in the side panel. The Workspace tab opens first.

Fill in your details

Enter the Workspace name, Billing contact email, Company website and Company phone. For Company postal address, start typing and pick one of the suggested addresses, or type the full address yourself.

Save

Click Save changes. Until you do, Tahoe shows Unsaved changes, and Cancel puts the old values back.

Example

Jordan Rivera at Kestrel Labs adds the company phone, website and the address 100 Example St, Columbus, Ohio, then saves.

The next time Jordan builds a campaign, the signature on the Review & send step already has the phone, website and address. Jordan only checks it and sends. Campaigns and follow-ups

The time zone for sending email is not set here. Each mailbox has its own. Connect a mailbox

The same tab shows the email you sign in with, and a card to request deletion of your own user account: type DELETE ACCOUNT and click Request account deletion. Tahoe keeps the records it needs for legal, billing, security and abuse-prevention review.

Appearance

The Appearance tab sets how Tahoe looks for you. Pick one of three options. The change applies straight away, with no Save button.

OptionWhat it does
LightLight screens. This is the default.
DarkDark screens.
SystemFollows your computer or phone, and changes when your device does.

Your choice is saved to your account, so it follows you to other devices. It applies to the dashboard and to Tahoe’s public pages, such as the job board and these docs. To flip quickly between Light and Dark, use the switch at the bottom of the side panel.

Payment

The Payment tab shows your default payment method, your billing email and your recent invoices, with the status, amount paid, date and a link to open each one. Payment methods, billing details, tax details and invoices are managed through our payment provider. Receipts and invoice emails come from them too.

  • Update payment method replaces the card or other payment method on file.
  • Billing details and invoices opens our payment provider’s page with your billing details and full invoice history.

To change your plan or buy credits, use Billing in the side panel. Plans, billing and credits

Developer

The Developer tab is where API keys for the Tahoe API live. The API lets your own systems read your jobs, applicants and candidates. Tahoe issues API keys: to get access, email [email protected]. API overview
