Introduction

What Tahoe does, and how these docs are organized: the product guide, the Tahoe API and Tahoe MCP.

Tahoe is a recruiting workspace. You describe the person you want to hire in plain words, Tahoe finds people who fit, and you reach out to them, track them and hire them in one place. These docs explain how each part works, step by step.

Pick where to start

What you can do with Tahoe

  • Find candidates. Type who you need, check the filters Tahoe picked, and see matching people with a match score. Search for candidates
  • Get contact details. Reveal a work email, personal email or phone number. You only pay when Tahoe finds one. Enrich contact details
  • Reach out. Connect your Gmail and send personal emails with automatic follow-ups. Campaigns and follow-ups
  • Post jobs and screen applicants. Publish a job page, collect applications and let candidates take a short phone pre-screen. Create and publish a job
  • Keep your other tools in step. Bring roles in from your ATS or CRM and send candidates back to it. Connect your ATS or CRM
Example

Payroll specialist in Illinois who speaks Spanish, at least 3 years of experience

Tahoe reads this as a job title (Payroll Specialist), a state (Illinois), a language (Spanish) and a minimum of 3 years of experience. You see those filters before anything is charged, change any of them, and then run the search.

How credits work

Tahoe uses credits for actions that look up new data, such as a page of search results or a phone number. Browsing what you already have, sending email and organizing candidates are free. Each paid action shows its price before you confirm it. Plans, billing and credits
