Analytics

Track searches, saved candidates, revealed contacts, outreach and credits over time.

Analytics shows what your workspace did in Tahoe over a period you choose: how many searches you ran, how many candidates you saved, how many contacts you revealed, how much outreach you sent and how many credits all of that used. Use it for a weekly check-in, or to see where your credits are going before you buy more.

In the side panel, choose Analytics. The page opens on the last 7 days. For numbers about job postings and applicants, use Jobs → Hiring Analytics instead. Hiring analytics

Pick a date range

Use the buttons at the top right to switch between 7D, 30D, 90D and 1Y (the last 7, 30 or 90 days, or the last year). Every card on the page follows the range you pick. The greeting at the top says which period you are looking at, for example “Here’s what Tahoe accomplished over the last 30 days.”

Next to the range buttons, a small label shows whether the numbers are fresh and when they were last updated.

The five numbers at the top

Each tile shows a total for the range, the change compared with the period just before it (for example ▲ 12.5%), and a small trend line. A new workspace sees “No prior period” until there is an earlier period to compare with.

CreditsCredits remaining, credits held for work still in progress, roughly how many days your credits last at the current pace, and the credits used in the range split into Search, Email & phone reveals and AI outreach.
Recent activityYour five latest credit events, such as a search run, a contact revealed or monthly plan credits added, with the credits each one added or used.

How the time saved is worked out

The AI productivity card compares your activity with doing the same work by hand. It counts 10 minutes per search, 15 minutes per contact reveal and 6 minutes per outreach email. The card prints these rates under the number, so you can always check the math. Everything else on the page is counted from your workspace activity, not estimated.

Example

Jordan Rivera at Kestrel Labs opens Analytics and picks 30D.

Over the last 30 days Jordan ran 12 searches, revealed 30 contacts and sent 50 outreach emails. The card adds 12 × 10 + 30 × 15 + 50 × 6 = 870 minutes and shows about 15 hours saved. Tahoe insights notes that 18 saved candidates have no outreach yet, so Jordan builds a campaign for them next.

Use Analytics for a weekly check-in

Open the last 7 days

Choose Analytics in the side panel. The page opens on 7D.

Read Tahoe insights

Look for saved candidates with no outreach yet. They are people you paid to find and have not contacted.

Check your credits

In the Credits card, check how many days your credits last at the current pace. If it is shorter than the time left in your billing month, top up or slow down on phone reveals, which cost the most. Plans, billing and credits

Common questions

Does opening Analytics cost credits? No. Viewing analytics is free.

Why are some cards empty? A card stays empty until there is activity in the range. For example, the search insights fill in after your next searches, and the reply rate note in Tahoe insights appears once you have sent at least five emails.
