Export candidates

Send candidates to a role in your ATS and track every export.

When you find good people in Tahoe, you can send them into your ATS, either onto a specific role or into your talent pool. Tahoe skips anyone who is already there, so you never create the same person twice. Every export is logged in Export History. Exporting is free: it never spends credits.

Before you export

  • Connect your ATS or CRM and turn on Export to your system in its Export settings. If a connected system has no Export settings button, it cannot receive exports from Tahoe. Connect your ATS or CRM
  • Some systems need a user ID in Attribute writes to this user. Lever declines exports without one.
  • Exports include only contact details you have already unlocked. Exporting never looks up new ones, so reveal emails or phones first if you need them. Enrich contact details

Export candidates

Exports start from a saved list. People you reveal contact details for in search results are saved to your Search unlocks list, and in Saved Profiles you can select people and click Save N candidates to another list.

Open the list

One way in: go to Search → Search Histories, open the Profiles tab, and click a saved person to open the list they are in. The In ATS column shows who is already in your system.

Select people

Tick the people you want to send, then click Export N to ATS.

Choose where they go

In the Export to ATS dialog, pick the Destination (the connected system) and the Role: one of your open imported roles, or Talent pool (no role). On a role, candidates are created in its first stage. In the talent pool, they are added to your account without a role.

Set the options

Tick Include contact information to send the email and phone already unlocked in Tahoe. A CRM needs it, because it cannot create a contact without an email. If you picked a role, tick Remember this role for 1-click export so later exports to that system skip this dialog.

Export

The dialog warns you about anyone already in your ATS (and at which stage) or already exported to this role; they will be skipped. Click Export N profiles. Tahoe shows the result, such as “5 exported · 1 skipped · 0 failed”, with a View export history link.

You can also export from an AI app connected through Tahoe MCP. The app can show you what an export would create, update or skip before it runs.

Example

Jordan Rivera exports six Field Coordinator candidates to Lever

Jordan opens the list, ticks six people and clicks Export 6 to ATS. The dialog says one of them is already in Lever at the Phone Screen stage. Jordan picks the role Field Coordinator, Columbus, ticks Include contact information, and exports. The result reads 5 exported · 1 skipped · 0 failed. The five appear in the first stage of the role in Lever, with the emails Jordan had already revealed.

Export History

In the side panel, choose ATS & CRM, then Export History. It lists every profile Tahoe has sent to your ATS, including the ones it skipped because the person was already there. The history is kept even if you disconnect the system.

Common questions

An export failed with a message about a user. Your system needs to know which of its users the export is recorded under. Enter that user or member ID in Export settings, then click Retry.

Can I undo an export? Not from Tahoe. Remove the candidate in your ATS if you need to.

Can exports happen automatically? Yes, with Auto-export in Export settings. It is off by default. Connect your ATS or CRM
