Imported roles
See the open roles from your ATS and start a search or project from any of them.
Imported Roles lists the open requisitions (reqs) from your connected ATS. Use it to start a Tahoe search from a role’s own job description, or to set up a project whose exports go straight back to that req. These roles stay private: Tahoe never publishes an imported role on your career page.
In the side panel, choose ATS & CRM, then Imported Roles. Roles appear after the first import from a connected system. Connect your ATS or CRM
The roles table
The top of the page shows how many roles are open and closed. Search by role name, filter by source (one connected system or all of them) and by status (Open, Closed or All). By default the table shows open roles.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Role | The req title. Click it to open the role’s details. |
| Department | The department recorded in your ATS. |
| Location | The first location of the role. |
| Applicants | How many applications for this role came in with the import. |
| Source | The system the role came from, such as Greenhouse or Lever. |
| Status | Open or Closed, as in your ATS. |
| Search ▸ | Starts a Tahoe search from this role (see below). |
Role details
Click a role title to open its details under the row. You see:
- the number of applicants, when the role was last synced, and an Open in link to the role in your ATS;
- a bar for each stage in your ATS with how many applicants are in it;
- the buttons Start a search from this role and Create a Tahoe project;
- Show raw record, which shows the role exactly as your ATS sent it.
Start a search from a role
Click Search ▸ in the table or Start a search from this role in the details. Tahoe reads the role’s job description, writes a search description from it, and opens Search with that description in the box. You can edit it before it runs, and you review the filters before anything is charged. A search costs the usual 2 credits per page of 20 results. Find candidates with Search
Jordan Rivera at Kestrel Labs opens the imported req Field Coordinator, Columbus and clicks Search ▸
Search opens with a description built from the req, for example “Field Coordinator in Ohio with crew scheduling and OSHA 10”. Jordan checks the filters, removes the city to widen the search to the state, and runs it. People who are already in the ATS show a badge in the side panel, so Jordan skips them.
Create a project from a role
Click Create a Tahoe project. Tahoe creates a project and a list, both named after the role, and sets this req as the list’s export target. Tahoe confirms with a message such as “Created Field Coordinator, Columbus. Exports from that list now go straight to this role.”
Save the people you find to that list. When you export from it, they go into this req without asking you which role to use. Export candidates
View the raw record
Show raw record displays every field Tahoe received for the role. Use it to check how a field was brought in, for example when a department or location looks wrong in Tahoe. If no raw record was stored, Tahoe says so.
Common questions
Why is a role I just opened in my ATS missing? Tahoe picks up changes with each import. Click Import now on the Integrations page, then check Sync Activity.
Can I publish an imported role on my career page? No. Imported reqs stay private. To advertise a role, create a job in Jobs.
