Search history
Reopen past searches without spending credits, or run them again.
Search Histories keeps every search your workspace ran, plus the people you recently saved from LinkedIn or found contact details for. Reopening a past search shows its results again without spending credits. Running it again starts a fresh search from the same words.
In the side panel, choose Search, then Search Histories. The newest activity is at the top.
Find a past search
Three tabs sit above the list. Each shows how many rows match:
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| All | Searches and profile activity together, newest first. |
| Searches | Only the searches. |
| Profiles | Only the people you saved from LinkedIn or found an email or phone for. |
Type in Search your history... to filter the list. For searches, Tahoe matches your words against what you typed and the filters the search used. For people, it matches their name, title and list. If nothing matches, click Clear filters to see everything again.
The list is split into pages that fit your screen, with a line such as “Showing 1 to 10 of 48” and page buttons at the bottom.
What a search row shows
- The search in the words you typed, or its filters if you searched with filters only.
- How many people matched, for example “1.2k matches.”
- From a job description, when the search started from a job post.
- Run 3×, when the same search was run more than once.
- The filters it used, as small chips.
- When it was last used, such as “Yesterday” or “3 days ago.” Hover for the exact time.
Reopen results or run a search again
| Button | What happens | Credits |
|---|---|---|
| Open results | Opens the results screen exactly as you left it, with every page you loaded and any contact details your team found since. | Free |
| Run again | Opens New Search with your words already read into filters, so you can review them first. | Free until you press Search, then 2 credits per new page |
Clicking the search itself does the same as Open results. A search that never loaded any results has only Run again.
Inside the reopened results, opening a page you had not loaded before costs 2 credits, like any search. Results and contact details
Profile rows
The Profiles tab lists people as they become useful to you:
- Saved from LinkedIn: someone you saved with the Chrome extension.
- Enriched candidate: someone Tahoe found an email or phone number for.
Each row shows the person’s name and title, Email and Phone chips for what is already on file, and the list they are in. Click the row to open that list.
The button on the right says Enrich, or Enrich more when the person already has an email or phone. It opens the Enrich dialog for that one person, where you pick which details to look up and see the price first. Enrich contact details

Examples
Sam Lee at Brightwater Logistics wants last week's dispatcher search again for a client call.
Sam opens Search Histories, types “dispatcher” in the search box and clicks Open results on the row “Truck dispatcher in Georgia.” The three pages Sam loaded last week open at no cost, with the emails the team revealed since.
The client now wants dispatchers in Tennessee instead.
Sam clicks Run again on the same row. New Search opens with the filters already read. Sam changes the state from Georgia to Tennessee and presses Search, which costs 2 credits for the first page.
