Saved profiles
Your talent library: every candidate you saved, with search, lists, enrichment and ATS export.
Saved Profiles is your talent library: everyone your workspace has saved, wherever they came from. That includes people you revealed details for in search results, people saved from LinkedIn with the Chrome extension, contacts you imported or added by hand, and developers saved from GitHub search. From here you can find anyone again, look up their contact details, copy them into lists and send them on to your ATS.
In the side panel, choose Search, then Saved Profiles. The top of the page says Talent library with the total, such as “248 profiles.”
Find someone
Type in Search by name, role, company, or location... to filter the library. The results show 20 people per page, with Previous, Next and page numbers at the bottom. Click a name or a row to open the person’s side panel.
The columns
The first columns are the same as on the search results screen: the candidate, Company Email, Personal Email, Phone, Resume, then headline, country, company, industry, current title, department and management level. After those come the profile columns:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| About | The start of the person’s About section. Hover to read more. |
| Experience | Total years of experience. |
| Education | Schools and degrees. |
| Skills | The first few skills, with +N for the rest. |
| Languages | Languages the person lists. |
| Certifications | Certifications the person lists. |
| Network | Connections and followers. |
| Status | Open to work or Hiring, when the profile says so. |
| Other sections | Counts of projects, volunteering, honors, publications and courses. |
| Source | Where the person came from: Search, Chrome extension, CSV import, LinkedIn connections, Added manually or GitHub. |
| Saved | When the person was last saved. |
The profile columns are fullest for people saved from LinkedIn with the Chrome extension. A dash means Tahoe does not have that part of the profile.
The contact and Resume cells work exactly as on the results screen: click an empty cell to type an email or phone number, or attach a resume (PDF, DOC, DOCX, RTF or TXT, up to 10 MB). Type in details and attach resumes
Enrich selected people
Select people
Tick the rows you want, on one page or across pages. The bar above the table shows the count, such as “5 selected.”
Click Enrich selected
Click Enrich selected (5). If some of these people are not in a list yet, Tahoe first asks, for example “To enrich, Tahoe adds these 2 people to your Search unlocks list.” Click Add and continue, or Cancel to stop.
Pick the details and start
The Enrich dialog opens for the selected people. Tick company email, personal email or phone, check the estimate and click Start enrichment. You pay only for what Tahoe finds. Enrich contact details
Save people to another list
Lists group people for a role or a campaign. A person can be in more than one list.
Select the people
Tick their rows, then click Save 3 candidates to another list (the number matches your selection). For one person, you can also use Save to list at the top of their side panel.
Choose a project and a list
In Save candidates to a list, choose a Project or type a name under Or create a new project. Then choose a List or type a name under Or create a new list.
Save
Click Save candidates. Saving is free. The people stay in their old lists too.
Export to your ATS
You send people to your ATS from a list. Open the list that holds them (for example, click a person under the Profiles tab of Search Histories, or the list name in Saved Contacts), select the people and click Export 4 to ATS. The Export to ATS dialog opens.
| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| Destination | The connected ATS or CRM to send to. |
| Role | An open role imported from that ATS. People are created in the first stage of the role. Choose Talent pool (no role) to add them to the account talent pool without a role. |
| Include contact information | Sends the email and phone that are already unlocked in Tahoe. Exporting never looks up new details and never spends credits, so reveal first if you need them. CRM destinations need this, because they cannot create a contact without an email. |
| Remember this role for 1-click export | Shown once you pick a role. Later exports to the same ATS skip this dialog. |
If someone is already in that ATS, Tahoe tells you and skips them instead of creating a duplicate. People already exported to the same role are not sent again. Click Export 4 profiles to send. The dialog then lists each person as exported, skipped or failed, with View export history.
Exporting costs nothing
Exports are free. The only credits involved are the ones you spend revealing contact details before you export.
Example
Alex Kim at Summit Dental needs five hygienists ready for the client's ATS by Friday.
Alex searches Saved Profiles for “hygienist”, ticks five people and clicks Enrich selected (5) for company emails. Three are found, so the run costs 3 credits. Alex then saves all five to a new list called “Hygienists, Denver” and, from that list, exports them to the Dental Hygienist role in the ATS with Include contact information ticked. The three emails go with them, at no extra cost.
