Career page and organization
Brand your public job pages and set ranking weights and rejection reasons.
The Organization page holds two kinds of settings for Jobs: how your company looks on your public job pages, and how Tahoe handles candidates (how it ranks them, the reasons you use to reject them, and how many times one person can apply).
In the side panel, choose Jobs, then Organization. The page has two cards, each with its own save button.
Brand your career page
The Career page card is “Shown on your public job postings at /jobs.” It controls what candidates see about your company on every job you publish.
| Field | What to enter |
|---|---|
| Company name | Your company name as candidates know it (up to 120 characters). It appears next to every job title. |
| Tagline | One short line about the company (up to 240 characters), shown under the company name. |
| Logo URL | A link to your logo image that starts with https://. It appears on the job card and the job page. |
| Accent color | Your brand color. Pick it with the color picker or type a hex code such as #1F6FEB. |
| About | A short description of your company. It appears on each job page in a section headed About and your company name. |
Click Save branding. Tahoe confirms that your public job pages are updated. The changes apply to every job you have published, not only new ones.
Company name: Kestrel Labs. Tagline: Field operations software for growing utilities. About: two short paragraphs.
Your Field Coordinator job on tahoe.workonward.com/jobs now shows Kestrel Labs with its logo and tagline at the top, and an “About Kestrel Labs” section under the job description.
Candidate ranking weights
Every applicant gets a Match %, which blends three signals. The Candidate ranking card has a slider for each, and shows its share as a percentage:
| Slider | What it measures | Default share |
|---|---|---|
| semantic | How closely the resume as a whole reads like the job description. | 50% |
| structured | How well specific facts line up: required skills, years of experience, location or remote fit, and work authorization. | 30% |
| The third slider | An AI review of the resume against the job requirements. | 20% |
Only the ratio between the sliders matters, so 1, 1 and 1 gives each signal a third. At least one slider must be above zero. Click Save settings. New applicants are scored with the new weights; applicants already in a pipeline keep their current score.
For your field roles, skills and years of experience matter more than how a resume is written
Raise structured to 0.6 and lower semantic to 0.2, leaving the third at 0.2. Now 60% of each new applicant’s Match % comes from skills, experience, location and work authorization.
Rejection reasons
Under Rejection reasons, type the reasons your team uses, one per line, for example “Not enough experience” and “Location mismatch”. When you reject applicants from an AI app connected through Tahoe MCP, the reason comes from this list. The Reject button in the pipeline does not ask for a reason.
Application limit per email
Max applications per email address sets how many applications one email address can send to your jobs (1 to 100). Leave it blank to use Tahoe’s default. This is a workspace setting. To show candidates a limit on one job’s form, use Application limits on that job’s Application form tab.
Click Save settings to save the ranking weights, rejection reasons and limit together.
